Lavora Imogene Causey, age 91, of Greenville passed away Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Greenville Nursing and Rehab Center. Memorial services will be held Friday, March 23, 2018 at 10 AM at Young Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mulberry Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Greenville Nursing and Rehab Center Activities Department.
Lavora was born July 1, 1926 in rural Greenville to Norman and Josephine (Norman) Sugg. She married Tom W. Causey on July 18, 1946. He died July 7, 1983. She is survived by her sisters Violet Bingham and Patricia (Gary) Shaw both of Greenville, IL. her brother Kenneth (Bonnie) Sugg of Greenville, her sister-in-law Doris Sugg of Smithboro, along with nieces and nephews
She worked for many years at Pet Milk in Greenville. She had also worked at Gano Clothing in Highland, Fashion Lane in Greenville and S & M Float Company. She was a member of The First Baptist Church
