Jack N. Lutz, age 86, of Greenville, IL passed away Monday, November 18, 2019 at John Cochran Veterans Hospital, St. Louis, MO. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 22, 2019 at 11 AM at The Greenville First Baptist Church. Burial will be in Robinson Cemetery with military rites by V.F.W Post #1377. Friends may call Friday, November 22, 2019 after 10 AM at the church. Memorial contributions are suggested to The Greenville First Baptist Church.

Jack was born September 8, 1933 in Greenville, IL to Charles M. and Mabel (Bimes) Lutz. He married Delores McCasland in January of 1933. He is survived by his wife Delores of Greenville, IL and his son Randy Lutz also of Greenville, IL. He was preceded in death by a daughter Cindy Sue Lutz, a brother Melvin Lutz and a sister Charline Daniels.

He grew up in Greenville and graduated from Greenville High School. He served in The U.S. Army from July of 1953 until June of 1955. He owned and operated several restaurants in Greenville. He also worked at Granite City Steel and Alton Box Board in Highland, IL. He was a member of The Pocahontas Baptist Church.
