Dianne Dee Jackson passed away at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. at the age of 65. She was born in Highland, IL to Harry D. and Frances L (Gaffner) Sussenbach. She married Jerry L. Jackson on November 12, 1971 in Greenville, IL. He survives along with their children Mellisa (Chris) Higgins, Jeff "Bodean" (Denise) Jackson, Randy Jackson, Gary "Gooch" Jackson, and David (Lindsey) Jackson, her brothers Max (Jo) Sussenbach, Mike (Martha) Sussenbach, and Larry (Sheri) Sussenbach. She is also survived eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Carol Ann in infancy. She grew up in Greenville and graduated from Greenville High School. She worked for about six years in Springfield, IL. She later worked at Greenville Regional Hospital for 17 years and also worked awhile at Helia Healthcare. She was member of the Diamond Square Dance Club, The Bond County Fair Board, and The Greenville First Christian Church. Memorial contributions are suggested to the family

  13. I remember Diane always taking care of her mother, Frances, shopping, or doctors visits. I always wondered how she could stand to be in that hot building selling tickets for those fair events. She was always smiling

She was the one women on this earth that touched so many people. i cant seem to think its real, feels like just yesturday she was here in her little black jeep of hers telling me she found me a job and if i messed it up she was gunna woop my ass:/ i would go back to see that day for anything. you will be so missed! its not a goodybye its a cya later! I have trouble accepting the fact that you're gone, so I wont… It'll be like we went for awhile without seeing each other. But I can see why God would want you closer to him, cause you truly were an angel on Earth
