  1. My sisters and I have many happy memories of visiting my grandparents in the summertime on the farm in Rolla, MO. The best part was when my Aunts and Uncles would visit while we were there and we could spend time with our cousins. When Aunt Sally and Uncle Amil's family arrived, we had such a great time visiting, playing, picking blackberries, and eating lots of chicken and cold watermelon in the front yard! Sometimes we would gather at the TV after dinner. We'd sit on the floor and watch a TV show. Lots of good memories! Gale Ganaway White, Lewes, DE

  2. Like my sister, Gale, I have many fun memories of our visits to Rolla & playing with our cousins. One time Butch & I thought it was a good idea to visit the big bull in his fenced field. When we attracted the bull’s attention, he charged at us, & we barely made it to the fence & scaled it as the bull rammed it. That was a harrowing yet bonding experience. Butch always brought fun & excitement with him. Rest In Peace Butch🙏 Love, Linda Ganaway Barret Berlin, Md
